About My Coaching Journey
I was lost in addiction and held prisoner by my bipolar. Every day was a struggle and I eventually ended up in federal prison. Learning the 3 Principles understanding changed my life. No longer dependant on drugs or medications it is now my mission to help others uncover their own wisdom and innate wellbeing and start living their best life.

Offering a unique alternative to traditional therapy, my methods encourage self-discovery and empowerment. Together we will explore where your experience comes from and the inside-out nature of life. Learning how to step out of the mind-set that life happens to us and taking control back from emotions and thoughts and finding freedom in everyday life.
Together we will dive into the very cause of the human experience and when we understand what is running us, we are better equipped to handle whatever situation that arrives. Life doesn't have to be as hard as we sometimes make it. When we can take a step and and let our thoughts settle life becomes clearer.
