Empower yourself with expert life coaching.
For most of my life, I believed I was broken. I lived under the weight of diagnoses, labels, and stories that told me I wasn’t enough — bipolar, addict, trauma survivor. I thought peace was something I’d have to fight for, something I could only earn once I fixed myself. But no matter how hard I tried, I could never think my way to peace.
Then I stumbled upon David Key and an understanding that changed everything — the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. What I saw in that moment turned my life inside out. I began to see that my experience wasn’t coming from my past or my circumstances, but from my own thinking in the moment. That realization — simple as it sounds — set me free.
As I continued to explore this understanding, I trained with some of the most respected teachers in the field: Dr. Dicken Bettinger, Christine Heath, Drs. George and Linda Pransky, and other members of the Three Principles Global Community (3PGC). I also trained with David Key, whose guidance helped ground this understanding in the simplicity of everyday life.
Now, I coach, mentor, and teach through my program, Awaken to Wellbeing, helping others remember who they are beneath the noise of their thinking. My work isn’t about fixing or managing — it’s about pointing people back to the wholeness that’s already within them.
You are not your diagnosis.
You are not your past.
You are the peace beneath it all — and it’s been there all along.
My approach is simple — I don’t teach people how to fix themselves, I help them remember who they are beneath all the noise.
I don’t use tools, techniques, or strategies. Instead, I point people toward a deeper understanding of how their experience is being created in the moment through the power of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. When we begin to see that our feelings are not warnings of danger but signals of our state of mind, something inside us relaxes. We stop digging into the content of our thoughts and start listening to what they’re pointing to.
Overwhelm begins to fade when we see it’s just too much thinking.
Anxiety eases when we realize we’ve been moving too fast.
Stress softens when we notice we’re caught in too many stories.
The moment we see that our experience is coming from thought — not from life, circumstances, or our past — clarity naturally returns. We don’t have to work to quiet the mind; the mind settles itself when we stop believing everything it says.
In my coaching and in the Awaken to Wellbeing course, I hold a gentle, safe space for people to slow down, reconnect, and hear their own wisdom again. What I share isn’t motivational — it’s transformational. It’s about waking up to the truth that peace, clarity, and wellbeing are already built into who we are.
